Terms of Service

These terms cover how you can use the AZPEX AUDIO website and the sounds, presets and kits you download from it. By using the site or downloading a product, you agree to them.

The products and your license

Every sound, preset and kit, free or paid, is licensed to you, not sold outright. You get a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the sounds in your own music and productions. What you can and cannot do is set out in full on the license page, which forms part of these terms.

What stays ours

• The AZPEX AUDIO name, logo, artwork and website design.
• The right to distribute the raw sound files, presets and kits.

The music you create with the sounds is entirely yours.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell, redistribute or share the raw files, alone or inside another pack.
• Do not upload the files to sample libraries or file-sharing networks.
• Do not claim the sounds themselves as your own product.

Payments and delivery

Purchases and free orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Products are delivered digitally as downloadable files. Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final; if something is wrong with your download, contact us and we will make it right.

No warranty

The site and products are provided on an "as is" basis. We work hard to make sure everything is high quality and works as described, but we cannot guarantee the site will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or the sounds beyond what the law requires.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the latest version.
